Employee Pension Scheme (EPS)

EPS is an Employee Pension Scheme. It is one of three elements of the third pension pillar, following IKE – Individual Pension Account and IKZE – Individual Pension Security Account. The EPS is distinguished from the remaining part of the pillar by its collective nature – it is a solution for whole employing establishments.

Basic contributions are financed by the employer (in the minimum amount of 3.5% of gross remuneration) – additional and significant benefit for your employees

Additional method of saving for your retirement – saving funds every month which does not require any additional actions taken by the employee

Very low management costs on preferential categories of units

Funds are hereditary and withdrawal of funds made when you become eligible for pension is exempt from capital gains tax
