The sub-fund invests indirectly mainly in bonds issued by companies whose business model, products, services or production processes make a positive contribution to the challenges of energy and ecological transition through a thematic SRI (Socially Responsible Investing) strategy.
Investments in bonds are made indirectly by investing assets in the units of the Sycomore Environmental Euro IG Corporate Bonds, sub-fund of Sycomore Fund SICAV.
The source sub-fund excludes businesses that destroy biodiversity, contribute towards global warming, or display poor Environmental, Societal and Governance ratings.
The sub-fund aims to hedge currency risk.
The sub-fund also has the possibility to invest its assets in investment categories other than those mentioned above. A full description of the investment policy is set out in the Fund’s articles of association which are available at www.generali-investments.pl, tab: Documents.
The sub-fund is addressed to investors who:
- are interested in investing in environmentally-friendly solutions,
- want to benefit from the green revolution,
- accept moderate investment risk,
- whose investment horizon is at least 3 years.
