He has a certificate of a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) awarded by the U.S. CFA Institute.
He has been working for Generali Investment TFI S.A. since 2008.

He graduated from the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw, majoring in information technology and econometrics. He is a licensed investment advisor (licence no. 338). From 2007 to 2014, he was employed at Skarbiec TFI S.A., first as an Analyst in the Investment Risk Control Team, and then as a Manager/Analyst in the Asset Management Department. From March 2014 to November 2017, he worked at Amundi Polska TFI S.A. as a Senior Fund Manager and then as Director of the Asset Management Department.

Since 2012, he has been acting as manager of the equity part of portfolios within Asset Management.
