Krzysztof Zawiła appointed Vice-President of the Management Board of Generali Investments TFI

The Supervisory Board of Generali Investments TFI SA has appointed Krzysztof Zawiła as a member of the Management Board of Generali Investments TFI SA responsible for making investment decisions (with the approval of the Financial Supervision Commission dated 30.10.2023) and entrusted him with the position of Vice President of the Management Board of Generali Investments TFI SA.

Krzysztof Zawiła will be responsible for the area of fund management, asset management and investment advisory.

The above change comes into force on November 16, 2023.

Krzysztof Zawiła has been associated with the Generali Group since November 2007. In February 2013, he became the Director of the Investment Department at Generali PTE and the person managing the Generali OFE and DFE funds. From September 2013, he was a Member of the Management Board responsible for fund management. He has been on the capital market since 1994. He started his professional career at DM Penetrator (now DM Trigon), where he held the position of broker, analyst and asset manager. From 1999 to 2007 he managed assets at Aegon PTE. Krzysztof Zawiła is a graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of the Jagiellonian University in the field of Computer Science. He holds a pap broker license. and an investment adviser.
