Andrzej Czarnecki Director of the Debt Instruments Management Department At Generali Investments TFI S.A. since 2004. At the position of Fund manager since 2006.

Professional experience:
Graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Warsaw. He is a licensed Investment Advisor (license no. 234) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Acting in the market of debt securities since 2003.

Krzysztof Izdebski Deputy Director of the Debt Instruments Management Department At Generali Investments TFI S.A. since 2011

Professional experience: 
MBA graduate at Warsaw University of Technology. Licensed Securities Broker (license No 1346). Working within the Polish financial market for more than 15 years. From 1995, he worked for BIG Bank Gdański (currently Bank Millennium), contributing to the bank’s investment policy regarding debt instruments. In the years 1999-2001, he continued his career in the Prague branch of Commerzbank, where he dealt with trading in the primary and secondary bond market from the Central and Eastern Europe region. After returning home, he worked at Deutsche Bank, where he implemented, among others, an electronic bond trading platform. In 2008, he moved to PKO Banki Polski.

Kosma Wolffgram Fund Manager

A graduate in engineering studies from the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Science at the Warsaw University of Technology, majoring in Computer Science, and with a Master’s degree in Quantitative Finance from the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw.

With Generali Investments TFI since May 2017, he has been working as part of the debt team since August 2017, covering government bonds, interest rate and currency derivatives, as well as the money market. In June 2020, he assumed the position of Junior Fund Manager.

Aleksander Szymerski Fund Manager

He graduated from Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Finance and Accounting. He started his professional career in leading brokerage offices in Poland. In 2013-2014 he was employed at BNP Paribas CIB in London. In the years 2014-2017 he worked as a debt securities analyst and then as an investment advisor at BPS TFI. Since 2017, he has successfully managed debt funds at Superfund TFI, winning the 2018 "Złoty Portfel Parkietu" award for the Superfund Oszczędnościowy fund in the Best Cash and Money Fund category. From 2019 to 2021, Senior Asset Manager at Alior TFI, where he was responsible for debt funds and the debt part of mixed funds, including in particular corporate bonds.

He has an investment advisor license (No. 409) and a stock broker license (No. 2570).

He has an investment advisor license (No. 753) and the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) Certificate.

Student of the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems.

In the years 2020 - 2021 he worked as an analyst at the Asset Management Office at Polski Gaz TUW na Życie.

At Generali Investments TFI from July 2021. He mainly deals with support in the management of debt funds, preparation of materials and investment recommendations. At Generali Investments CEE, he holds the role of Junior Fund Manager.

Kinga Niciporuk Fund Manager

Graduated with a bachelor's and master's degree in Finance and Accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics. At Generali Investments TFI since May 2017. Initially associated with the Valuation and Operational Processes Department.

Since June 2019, she has worked in the Debt Instruments Management Department, where she monitors and analyzes, among other things, the money market, government bonds and interest rate and currency derivatives.

Currently manages:

  • a debt part of the Generali Odpowiedzialnego Inwestowania FIZ fund and Generali Absolute Return Akcyjny FIZ

She spends her free time learning programming in backend languages.
